A 15-minute walk along the country lane will take you to the scenic Lake Kampl, with a big playground perfect for kids, beach volleyball court and a pizzeria. Directly in Neustift you will find lots of restaurants, an indoor swimming pool with a water slide and a SPA area. The sauna and swimming paradise in Fulpmes is reachable in only 10 driving minutes by car or bus.
In summer our house is an ideal starting point for mountain hikes, mountain bike tours or paragliding.
The new Downhill Singletrail at the Elferbahn in Neustift is really close to our house and the climbing adventure park in Fulpmes is only 4 km far away.
In winter our house is surrounded by various skiing areas like the Stubai Glacier, Elferbahn, Schlick 2000 or the Serlesbahn. If you are not a skier there is the possibility to do ice skating in Neustift. Haus Waltraud is the ideal starting point of stunning winter hiking trails. If you prefer to see the beautiful landscapes faster you can go for a horse-drawn carriage ride. After few minutes walking you will reach cross country ski tracks and the end of the 8 km toboggan run is directly in front of our house. For our guests we offer an own ski cellar and a ski shoe dryer.
From the bus station, which is only 100 m far away, you can reach the skiing areas and the toboggan runs free of charge and very easily.
In summer you can play table tennis in our yard.
Also our garden is perfect for playing soccer while your parents are able to relax on our terrace or on the balcony.
